This new range of activities offer all the fantastic facilities from Piperdam that you have come to expect but with a huge range of leisure, sports and adventure fun for all the family! It’s the ideal choice for those looking to try something different or improve existing skills.

There are lots of great reasons to choose one of our Go Active Breaks, from easy access to professional tuition and training, or simply the opportunity to have a go at something new at a pace to suit you. All activities offer access to the beautiful countryside and the breathtaking views Piperdam has to offer.

Body Zorbing

Body Zorbing is a brand new activity at Piperdam and entails being encased in an inflatable ball from the waist up with your legs free to move around. This is a hilarious activity and bags of fun for families and groups of friends alike. Some activities that can be done whilst Zorbing are: Sumo Wrestling, Football Matches, Gladiatorial Arena Battles, Body Bumping and some old favourites such as Last Man Standing and King of the Hill.

Air Rifle Range

Learn the skills and techniques of shooting a high performance air rifle at our custom rifle range with a GB activity leader at Piperdam. Our enthusiastic instructors will ensure your session is fun and enjoyable!

Archery

Learn the skills and techniques of shooting a performance bow with an Archery GB activity leader at Piperdam. Our enthusiastic instructors will ensure your session is fun and enjoyable!

Crossbows

Experience Crossbows with a qualified instructor! Firing a powerful bolt into our targets, fun and games assured! Our enthusiastic Go Active instructors will ensure your session is fun and enjoyable!

Fencing

Learn the footwork and sword skills of this fast and athletic sport with our Go Active instructors who hold a British Fencing activity leader qualification. Great fun for all the family!

Water Walkerz

If you want to try something new and different, picture this.. a human size hamster ball! You go inside the ball completely clothed, go on the water, roll around, and come back completely dry. Whether you take to it like a duck to water or fall around with your friends laughing one thing is certain.. You will have a great time.

Snorkelling & Sea Scooters

Learn to snorkel with a British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) instructor and jet around the pool by a Powered submersible scooter. A new experience and great fun for kids to adults!

Disc Golf
