Memberships can now be signed up using the below form. Once submitted, our reception team will be in touch to arrange payment and activate your account.

Please note: The minimum term for all memberships is 12-months. The form below is a legally bounding agreement that replaces paper-based contracts. Please bear this in mind before clicking submit.

Payment Plans: If you are looking to pay via our payment plan (split over 9 months) you will need to complete a new mandate every year you sign up or renew. In order to do this we require you to make the first payment at the start of your agreement in order to complete set up. This is done over the phone or in person which our team will inform you about.
