Swimming at Piperdam
With our pool sitting at a comfortable and cosy 31 degrees, we have created an environment that is perfect for guests of all ages. Whether it’s your first time splashing around and learning the basics of swimming with our Piperdam Swimming Lessons, or committed to your fitness plan in our dedicated swimming lane, we can provide you with a safe environment for the whole family whatever your goals.
Or why not take part in our extensive Go Active pool activities that can have you balancing in a water walker, having fun in a pool canoe, or have the wee ones whizz in their own mini-jet or sea scooter.

Guests staying at Piperdam as well as leisure members enjoy complimentary use of the facilities at our leisure gym and pool.
Adult only Swimming
If you are keen to join us during a more quiet and exclusive time, we run an adult only swimming programme from 7am to 9am, Monday to Friday. This gives adult guests and members the opportunity to swim at leisure without any child related activities running in the pool. Simply arrive during this time and enjoy the facilities.

Gym & Swim Admission Policy
Becoming a member of the Piperdam Leisure Spa is easy. However, you will need to adhere to our admission policies below.
Users must be 16 years of age or above. Appropriate leisure clothing and footwear must be worn by all users
Steam and Sauna Room
Only accessible for persons 16 years of age or above.
All children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the water by a responsible person over 16 years of age.
No more than two children per responsible person.
We advise that children under 5 years of age be accompanied on a one to one basis.
All children aged 8 to 15 years must be accompanied on poolside by a responsible adult at all times.
