Simply head for Coupar Angus and Birkhill on the North Kingsway Bypass and you can not miss us.

How to get here
From the North
Take the A90 south towards Dundee. Exit onto the A923 towards Dundee and follow signs for Dundee. Continue onto the A90/A929, then follow signs towards Piperdam. Continue along the B945, following signs for Piperdam Country House and Leisure Resort. Piperdam is located in the countryside approximately 6 miles from Dundee.
From the South
Take the A90 north towards Dundee. Follow the A90 towards Dundee, then take the exit for the A923 towards Dundee. Follow signs for Piperdam, continuing onto the B945. Follow the signs for Piperdam Country House and Leisure Resort.
From the West
Follow the A90 towards Dundee, then take the A923 exit towards Dundee. Continue following signs for Piperdam and join the B945. Follow the road through the countryside, with signs directing you to Piperdam Country House and Leisure Resort.
