Chef required for a busy fast paced kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner in bar, restaurant and function suite. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a large team and at times will have to take the initiative to work on your own with a large range and variety of food and menus. The applicant must have experience of cooking to a high standard, be able to work quickly and efficiently. This is a 30 – 40 hour week position with occasional extra hours depending on business requirements. Salary depending on age and experience.
